How do i prevent messages about access/flag changes in channels

You can ask (if your not already) the founder in the channel to disable these messages with the following command however note they may refuse to do so:

/msg chanserv set #channel VERBOSE OFF

If they wont, you can also disable it inside your Nickname group settings by typing the following command:

/msg nickserv set QUIETCHG ON
